This incentive runs for a short window, giving you the opportunity to maximise earnings before the campaign closes.

The R5000 is applicable to the Gold, Silver & Platinum partners that have opted in for the incentive. We have also reached out to the list of Business Partners received from the Distributers who are on the growth target list to move to Silver. These BP will be the only BP’s that qualify for R5000. Distribution will receive R1000 for every closed deal with the above-mentioned partners. Should a partner not on the list close either a pipeline or new deal both the distributer and partner will receive R2 500 each. We will measure these partners against the list of partners which we have received from Distribution.
Terms & Conditions
- Incentive valid from 1 April 2026 – 31 May 2026.
- This incentive is valid for South Africa Only.
- No incentive/reward is payable to individuals or teams that are below 80% of the monthly target achievement.
- No incentives are payable to any individual that is under a performance review or in a disciplinary process | Incentives paid at the achievement level for budget/target achievements between 80% and 99%.
- Incentives capped at R7000 per person below 100% achievement.
- Incentives are uncapped for teams and individuals that are at 100% + of their sales target.
- All incentive payments facilitated by Tarsus Distribution to be channelled through HR/Payroll to ensure SARS obligations are met.
- You have 30 days after the winner announcement to collect your incentive payout/prize before you forfeit.
- Incentives are only payable 30 days after completion of incentive, but still needs to reach payroll before the monthly cut-off date.
- Any sale below cost or incentive price will not qualify for any incentive payment unless otherwise authorized by the Sales Director and Incentive Committee.
- Quantity used for calculation must be net of returns even if payment has already been made.
- Any orders processed after the cut off dates of the incentive program will not qualify for incentive payment.
- All incentives are forfeited on termination of employment, irrespective of the reason of termination (resignation; dismissal etc.)
- Employees are granted 3 working days to participate in an incentive trip or holiday offered by the company or Customer/Supplier/Vendor.
- Leave should be submitted for the remainder of the time off needed, travel time included | Employees must apply for Annual Leave when a holiday incentive includes the employees family.
